Don't know what to bring to pot luck?

plastic utensils
plastic cups
plastic dishes

I won't have time to pick some up tonight... in fact, I don't even have time to get the ingredients for veggie gumbo, so it's just going to have to be something I whip up from the pantry tonight - maybe vegan pizza? Roasted garlic and sauce and roasted red peppers...

Please RSVP in the comments below with what you're bringing so I don't end up with 500 sporks! :)

I was looking to do it as a crock pot thing, but I just don't have time to do that. Baking some pizza and stuff will be faster and easier. I can always make pasta too if we need more food...
