I made a deal with myself

mik3capA couple of days ago, I decided I wasn't going to shave again until I submitted a short story for publication. I'm going to write around 2000 words or so and I'm going to try scifi.com, as they pay $0.20 a word. I figure if I can sell 12 stories a year at that rate, I can pay my rent with writing. I like that idea lots and lots. It only takes me a couple of hours to write 2000 words; 40 or so hours of work a year for rent, I figure.
I may be wild and wooly when you next see me. But I intend to do this before leaving for Hawaii.
