MEAT PIES!!

I have made 8 amazing meat pies. 4 of them are baking in the oven right now... pancetta, salami, pepperoni, rosemary ham, hot capicola, and fresh cheese and egg. I'm going to freeze 2, bring 1 to work, give 1 to the deli I got the meat at, and bring 3 to CT. The 8th one? That one's getting cut open tonight, in about an hour. :)
