During dinner tonight I decided to have a Pepsi. All the Cokes I've had lately tasted crappy so I figured what the hell.

Somewhere along the line some bastard made a switch. Coke now tastes like Pepsi, and Pepsi tastes like Coke.

Either that or my tongue has reversed polarity.

I think it's you. I'm a AVID coke drinker...Pepsi has always (and still does) taste like ass to me. So, it hasn't changed much as far as I know. :-)
