Generally with the MBTI stuff, you will be more compatible with people who have a personality type close to yours. Other ENTPs, an INTP, an ESTP, an ENFP, or an ENTJ would be your best options... simply because you will tend to communicate easier with them. I've seen charts before that match up each of the personality types with all the other ones and explain the most likely relationship between these people.
