I'm sure it's horribly outdated. I'm okay with that. I'm not going to need phone jacks because I won't be getting a phone, and I've talked with the landlord about the very first thing needing doing being the electricals.

The only thing I need to know is whether or not I can get cable and Charter Pipeline in that area. I sure hope I can...
