Legal iPhone tethering???
Nullriver just released a $10 app to the App Store that allows you to use the iPhone as a cellular modem.

Okay, AT&T... please listen to me. I am the victim of an Internet access monopoly in my area. Even if you have to charge me $25 more a month for "really Unlimited Unlimited plan" or even just "Extra Unlimited" because my "Unlimited" plan doesn't allow for tethered cell modem usage - I WILL PAY IT. Right now I am paying $45 a month for cable Internet and the transfer rate sucks due to over-consumption of my network node and bad management. All I really care about is having Internet access for my laptop!
OMG this would be the best thing ever. I so totally want to cancel my Time-Warner account and save myself $600 a year.
