Having to wait a week to get parts mailed to me is a ridiculous and terrible inconvenience, after paying $90 to get the stuff delivered to me by van here in the city!

I have no car, and have to take the bus on a 2 hour round trip to get the parts I need. I really, really don't want to have to do that for something that is their fault - their van delivery people should bring me what was supposed to be in the box!
