Diet and such
Jan. 19th, 2004 11:11 amAlready down four pounds over the last fourteen days. Yay, almost back to pre-holiday weight. :)
My current goal is to lose 1 pound a week. That would conservatively put me around 250 this time next year, but I'm sure I can do better than that... I plan to beat that long term goal. My short term goal is to be at 280 or under for Hawaii (in the next 12-15 weeks or whenever the trip is - perfectly realistic to do that).
I'll also be at the advanced level of my exercise program when I get to Hawaii. I'm at step 2 now, all is still going well. After only a week's worth of work, I already feel like my back is straighter and that I'm a little more in tune with myself. Just gotta keep it up now.
