Duck Egg Salad

I bought these boiled, salted duck eggs, and they were too salty to eat all on their own... so I made this recipe for egg salad. Duck egg salad!

3 boiled, salted duck eggs, peeled and chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
3 T canola oil mayo
1 t molasses
black pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together and enjoy!
