The Cape Cinema is pretty nice. They have these really old style theater chairs with cloth covers, and the screen quality is decent (but their projector is wicked old). "Almost Peaceful" was an okay slice of life movie, but there wasn't anything about it that particularly stood out for me.

I bought a club card for admission discounts, and I'm going back again tonight to see "The Motorcycle Diaries". I think I want to go to dinner at the Center Stage Cafe also, it's a nice looking little restaurant in the same area as the theater. Their menu looks scrumptious.

Dinner at the Center Stage Cafe was superb. They have terrific corn fritters for just five bucks - crunchy outside, soft inside; a sweet corn taste paired with a spicy and savory mayonnaise. Decadent!

Now I'm sitting in the theater waiting for the movie to start, and I'm slowly melting dark chocolate lindt truffle bar pieces in my mouth and sucking on a big soda.

Life, it is good.

There's a new Batman cartoon created by the same WB animation studio that does the Jackie Chan cartoon. It looks pretty cool so far... TiVo will record it! So it shall be!
