The new Abarat book (by Clive Barker) is out, I just bought it yesterday. It is pretty and scary.

I went to the BBB web site at http://www.bbb.org/ and filed an electronic complaint against Comcast - they were supposed to send me two free passes to the MOS LotR exhibit when I signed up for cable and Internet service, and I never got them. The BBB online complaint form was really easy to use, but slightly buggy in a couple places (I had to reload pages a couple times).

I'm supposed to be getting a free web camera from these friggers too, but I'll settle for getting $38.00 off my bill.

Exercises

I am cheering myself up today by smiling and listening the the Eternal Sunshine soundtrack. A while back Jess showed me this article by Malcolm Gladwell where he mentioned facial expressions affecting mood - so I'm getting into the habit of forcing myself to smile and visualizing people smiling when I want to improve my mood.

Also, I officially declare The Polyphonic Spree the new UBSA mascot. You don't see me fly into the red!!
