Idea!!

Hey, instead of spending six billion dollars next month (yes, it costs six billion a month) fighting a "war" we won't win in Iraq, why don't we spend two billion dollars on AIDS research and keep a global pandemic from killing millions of people all over the world? I'm all for saving four billion dollars and millions of lives... why aren't YOU????
