Bush signed a law in Texas in 1999 that recently allowed pulling life support from a six-month old boy. The law makes this provision when people CANNOT PAY for their hospital bills and has nothing to do with "sanctity of life".

How can anyone question George Bush's hypocrisy?

Which would you be more interested in getting: the PlayStation portable, or the Nintendo DS?

I'm a little torn. On one hand, I'm worried Nintendo is going to come out and say "Hey, check it out, it's the Nintendo DS SP!" and release a lighter, cooler handheld in a few months - maybe with a bigger screen or something. On the other hand, PlayStation has the strategy of "pay for everything" where every time you want to get some cool add-on it's going to cost you another 50 bucks. And I can see lots of cool add-ons coming out for the PSP, I like that it seems like a flexible, expandable platform. But then again, having a touchscreen seems like a really neat feature, but I have no idea if it's the kind of thing that will really improve gameplay all that much.

I'm sure both handhelds will have cool games, no doubt there. I don't really have a strong preference either way for games that are unique to the platforms.

What do you think?
