Greatest Dessert I've Ever Had

This is what we had:
Brie, gorgonzola, and a soft Spanish cheese with date puree and an herb biscuit.
Espresso gelato and frozen honey milk amuse.
Canteloupe soup with yellow watermelon gelato and honeydew mousse.
Chocolate tart with pink peppercorn ice cream and red wine sauce.
Raspberries on a shredded wheat nest, with thyme foam and corn ice cream.
Petit fours - chocolate chip cake, almond cookies, coconut covered marshmallows.
We went yesterday, and they were already preparing items for Wednesday's menu - marinating kiwi fruit for a soup with kiwi and lavender!
Chika herself is awesome. :)
