Back on the wagon

I'm doing the "exercise ladder" from the Hacker's Diet, which is based on a military calisthenics program - so far I'm up to rung 7 of 15 on the introductory strength building exercises. I'm actually running it a bit "advanced" because you're supposed to be doing each rung for at least 5 days, but I'm advancing every 4 days with no ill effects (no soreness or tiredness or anything). By mid-May I'll be at the top of the introductory ladder, and start doing the higher level exercises (which are different
It's working out well. My legs are getting really toned. I've gained several pounds in the last month, which is surely muscle, but I've also lost 1.5 of those pounds over the course of the last week. My energy level is up, and I've been less stressed, but I'm noticing that I'm starting to suffer some allergy type effects from the start of tree-fucking season. :(
