Day Three - Saturday Part II

After napping, we went to this stanky bar called East River - very lame, but we had the place to ourselves. `A bachelorette party came in, and the bride danced on the bar with a dude in our party. We left right after, and went to the real party at the birthday girl's apartment. We took out a case of champagne, and it was good stuff too. I met and socialized with a bunch of cool people - which was totally, totally fun. It was so great to actually hang with folks my own age. It got a little wild towards the end, but not too much. Just right! :o

Day Four - Sunday Finale

Up waaaay too late the night before. Woke up, ate cold DiFara's pizza for breakfast (fucking breakfast of CHAMPIONS). Eventually we hit the bricks, and went shopping for wine and cheese - I picked out five artisinal cheeses that totally rocked, and a barbera d'alba and a languedoc... and a lovely baguette from Amy's bakery. We had a sweet little picnic in the park with a few friends, and then went into this free concert being held in a drained out pool.

Orleans Is The Place To Be

It seems that a third cafe is opening in Orleans within walking distance of my work. Hot Chocolate Sparrow, Jo Mama's, and now - The Cape Cup!

Man oh man. Caffeine city.
