Lifelogs

I first fully came upon the idea of life recording a couple years ago. Recently, an author was asked to speak on the topic of "shaping the future" and here's a transcript.

Taking it a step further... I think that we'll also likely develop methods within our current lifetimes to extract people's memories and placing them in external storage as well. The big story/graphic novel concept I seem to be perpetually working on also revolves around devices like "Lifepods" except that they induce dream states for entertainment purposes and contain repositories of all human knowledge in addition to all human experiences.

Speaking of which, I've been meaning to put this link about sleep machines up as well...
