A Second Civil War

Do you think it's possible that the U.S. could go through another Civil War? Are there enough crazies out there willing to be assassins and take up arms and become domestic terrorists?

I guess civil war would be too big, I mean, you'd literally have to have huge populations of people rising up to go to war with each other, so it's pretty unlikely that people will leave their 'burb bubbles to do that. Never mind that the population is graying a lot, and old people aren't really interested in wars.

But could there be enough younger, disenfranchised nutbags out there willing to start a secessionist movement and become terrorists for that cause?
