3.5 months later, and this post becomes relevant again.
I've been doing some research on the Cape. It may not be as isolated and uncivilized as I may have previously thought. I will probably have to drive a half hour for comic books and gaming supplies though...
Where on the Cape are you? Dedicated gaming stores aren't very common, but they do exist. The only one I know of is "The Gathering" in Centerville, MA. Borders in Hyannis carries a good selection of roleplaying materials. I also have friends who roleplay in the area if you're looking to connect with some people.
I don't know about comics, but I'm pretty sure there's one somewhere.
