No. I've seen a pattern with Verizon and Verizon Wireless. When you buy your services and products directly from them and their stores there is much less of a problem. When you start getting into special deals on say Kyocera phones from a friend of a friend or buying something off E-bay and then trying to maintain it or doing a second or third party deal where they are not directly involved Verizon seems to get very confused as to what to do. On the balance, Verizon is one of the better telecommunications companies out there but they definately have process issues when it comes to reseller stuff.
