The neat thing about our justice system is that the accused is innocent until proven guilty. It's supposed to be one of those fundamental ideas our government was based on... like equality etc. Too bad that's only seen in history lessons and not reality. Anyway, getting back on topic. No Proof = Innocent = Why the fuck did we start a war?
