It's primarily a collectible gaming store, but many of the same people who like CCGing and minis will also enjoy board games. It also does stock a few board games and I remember that they used to break out store copies once in a while to let people try games out. I've known the owner since before he had the store. He's generally pretty conscious of making money, but he's a cool guy and his primary motivation was to open up a store for people to game at so he shouldn't mind people just gaming in his space (he might even start stocking more board gaming stuff if you can drum up some interest).
There's also a Borders down past the Cape Cod Mall (if you're coming from the rotary) that used to run a board gaming night and also allows people to gather in their coffee area and play games. You could also check out the Cape Cod Community College. Back in the day they had a pretty active gaming club, but it broke down for some reason. I wouldn't be suprised if something has risen in its place. I've got some friends at 4Cs, I'll ask them if they know of anything.
