BVBK feedback?

mik3capWhat do you guys like about The Bon Vivant of Brooklyn? I don't really get comments on the site, and I know a bunch of you do read it... would you mind sharing your thoughts here so I can get an idea of what you like and don't like? Comments from fellow non-LJ bloggers are especially welcome.
The traffic system on Squarespace is pretty cool, though I now feel like ignorance is bliss. I see tons and tons of spiders from all kinds of blog tracking systems indexing me, and I regularly get crap from link farms, comment hustlers, and spambots and have to block them out and remove them. I have to wonder what the heck is going on with my LJ, which apparently has higher page rank and authority than BVBK...
