I don't agree with those other legislations either - except for the animals one, that's just a livestock safety and health issue overall; and the one about children, well a significant part of the definition of being a child means you're not sexually mature, so that's obvious as well, but that's more of issue of protecting minors (like livestock), not legislating adult behavior. I don't think the government gets to tell me who and how I marry, and there should be areas in public places for people to have sex if they choose to, just like there are areas for other bodily functions like excretion and breastfeeding.
