I would love to have people over tonight - feel free to come (no earlier than 7pm, gotta clean). Please bring food though! I have no idea what I can make with my spartan cupboards...

If someone could reply that they will bring tortilla chips, that would be cool. I have salsa, so people can nibble on that. I still have soda that Jen brought last week... I can always make pasta, but I know people get sick of the same thing all the time!

So I've started exercising every day again, as of yesterday. I've said before that I'm not making resolutions this year... I'm just doing what I want to do, actually *doing* it. Making a statment about XYZ isn't enough - I have to change a whole bunch of related things in order to get into the right pattern. Instead of one resolution, I'm making a bunch of little changes.

In order to exercise in the morning, I have to get to bed on time (before 11pm). And if I want to eat healthy, i have to plan my meals better. All of the above contributes to my overarching goal of losing more weight; it's not just a resolution, it's an overall life change in a bunch of areas all at once.

Last week was a low point for me. I was really stressed and worried, but it just took a little bit of shoring up to get back on track. Everything will keep getting better! hee. :)
