Today's culinary adventure

I used a Morando 2001 Barolo for the sauce, and cooked some of my homemade sausage in it. Garlic, some dried herbs, and then finished off after cooking by stirring in some fresh parsley. I always thought parsley was useless and tasteless, but when I started putting in the fresh parsely like that, it added a heck of a flavor. A glass of wine to drink, and that nice fresh bread from the downstairs deli... yum yum yum.
