In other comics related news... the next big crossover event is happening starting today: World War Hulk.
On the heels of Civil War, in which the Hulk was noticeably absent, comes "The Hulk Smashes Everyone." If you're a follower of The Incredible Hulk regular series, you saw that just prior to Civil War, the Illuminati (the secret cabal of heroes who have been performing clandestine actions behind the scenes since the Kree-Skrull war - Mr. Fantastic, Iron Man, Namor, Dr. Strange, Black Bolt, and Charles Xavier) shot the Hulk into deep space "for his own good and the good of humanity."
This started the Planet Hulk storyline in his regular book, where he gets to have this utterly amazing John Carter-esque escapade on an amazingly complex sci-fi world. The entire thing is collected in a Planet Hulk hardcover trade, and I strongly recommend it if you like cool fantasy/sci-fi with very deep detail (there's a whole back section of the book that explains the history of the planet).
So the Planet Hulk storyline finishes up about the same time as Civil War, and the Hulk prepares for his return to Earth... and holy crap, he is IMMENSELY PISSED OFF. Pretty much more pissed off than he has ever been, and that means he is the most powerful force on the planet. He basically then goes on to fight EVERYONE, hence World War Hulk.
I'm pretty excited by this, as you can tell. Hulk has been one of my favorite characters since I was a wee lad (and I just met Lou Ferrigno last weekend too), and I'm sure that he's going to go through some major changes by the end of the event. Basically every regular series Marvel comic for the next few months is going to have a Hulk appearance where he beats the snot out of the main characters. Fun!
