Thanksgiving
Nov. 22nd, 2007 05:47 pmI'm on my own for dinner this year, so I decided I'd cook for myself. Here's the menu I'm about to eat:
Cheese plate: seirass, riesling sevalyer, caprino castagna and bread and butter pickles
Brussels sprouts sauteed in blood orange olive oil
Green beans with butter
Cranberry and orange relish/compote
Multigrain bread and sausage stuffing
Pan seared duck breast with sauteed potatoes
