With a new Cold War about to bubble up, and the damage done to Cuba by two simultaneous hurricanes, we need to take this opportunity now to send aid - REAL aid - Southward and win their goodwill. They are in a period of transition, and we can show magnanamity and generosity. Better us than Russia, no?
