Me: Hey, I've got an idea... if we're going to start bailing out automakers now - HOW ABOUT WE FORCE SOME STANDARDS ONTO THEM, HUH? Fuck CAFE, if we're bailing their shit out, they can start making cars that are actually COMPETITIVE with the rest of the world's automakers. Maybe if they were making good cars in the first place (instead of gas guzzling lemons), they wouldn't need to get bailed out. Assholes.
