Tea and alchemy

mik3capIn 2004, I took a trip to Hawaii and purchased a number of loose leaf teas from a Chinese herbalist on Maui. Two of them came in ziploc baggies; one of them a chai spice tea, the other looking suspiciously like a dime bag, except for the words written in marker describing it as "nutritive tea".
Tonight I have brewed the last of my nutritive tea combined with the last of my chai spices in an attempt to finally expurgate the last of this nasty respiratory virus I got a few days ago. I'm probably at about 85% right now after a good bit of rest, so hopefully the magical herbs of Asia will do the trick.
