mik3capSomehow I managed to save up receipts for... about one-fourth of my spending in 2007. A third of expenses was just rent, and I think the remaining third and change was mainly debt repayment and miscellaneous fun.
It's really interesting looking back over all the receipts and remembering what I was doing when I spent that money and who I was with and what was going on in my life at the time. I made a lot of memories in 2007 with a lot of great people.
The numbers also matched up well with what I've allotted for my spending budget, though I think I might want to scale back slightly in an effort to reduce spending.
