mik3capI would have bet anything that it was Ben in the coffin. Yeah, I know he was talking to Jack and all that, but it would have been right in keeping with the whole time travel thing if it was Ben's body in there.
I dig the freaky ancient writing in the exotic matter chamber. This and the four toed foot pretty much cinch that there was a pre-historic civilization on the island. I wonder if island people evolved/devolved the extra toe, from being isolated on the island for so long? Maybe Richard has four toes!!
The island must be Atlantis or Lemuria...
