It took them nine months (thanks to pointless corporate welfare), but GM finally bit it, as I thought it would.

The world is changing. The economy is changing. People and companies need to make changes to work with it, or die.

Alan had never seen "Roger & Me," despite liking Michael Moore's work. So we watched it on Saturday. I can't imagine anyone who saw that movie back in the late 1980s -- 20 years ago! -- not seeing how this was the way the world was turning. I'm almost amazed it took this long.
