I am specifically holding off on getting the Spore Creature Creator until the Mac version is available. I'm also going to write Maxis and insist that they make their Mac version available as quickly as possible. It's wrong to ignore the Mac as a gaming platform, or treat it as a second class citizen! There's huge, wide open fertile ground out there for games on the Mac platform, and it's only getting bigger as more people get Macs.

Maybe something Apple needs to work on is a "directx" for Mac. Something geared specifically towards game makers that's built on top of the OpenGL ES and OpenCL frameworks. Would that incline more game developers to develop for Macs?

I am very disappointed that you have not made the Mac version of this game available at the same time as the PC version. I certainly hope that this will not be the case when the full game comes out!! I am steadfastly refusing to purchase anything until you release it for the Mac; it is shameful to treat Mac users as second class citizens and get us excited for "release dates" that don't actually count for us!

Or the whole rest of the world does anyway. Nina's second foray into international film festivals bore much fruit, and she won the Cristal grand prize for best feature at the Annecy International Animated Film Festival! (beating Bill Plympton and his whole team)
