I'm sure people will be "fairly compensated" for their content, right? And I'm sure that Yahoo won't take any archive copies of images they have from users who closed their accounts and just straight sell those to Getty Images...

Did Apple release the iPhone 2.0 firmware early to see who unlocks it, and how exactly they do it? Is it a red herring - a brick trap? Or does Apple just not care if AT&T gets the hose?
